Emmerson Mnangagwa sworn in as Zimbabwe's new President

Emmerson Mnangagwa has been sworn in as Zimbabwe's president in a ceremony this morning at a packed stadium in the country's capital, Harare.

His swearing in ceremony follows the dramatic resignation of Robert Mugabe after 37 years. The former vice-president's dismissal earlier this month led the ruling Zanu-PF party and the army to intervene and force Mr Mugabe to quit.

Below is the oath of office he recited a few minutes ago

I Emmmerson Dambudzo Mnangagawa swear that as president of the Republic of Zimbabwe - I will be faithful to Zimbabwe and obey uphold and defend the constitution and all other laws of Zimbabwe and I will promote whatever that will advance and will oppose whatever will harm Zimbabwe that I will protect and promote the rights and people of Zimbabwe that I will discharge my duties will all my strength to the best of my strength and ability and to the dictates of my conscience and I will devote myself to the well being of Zimbabwe and its people so help me God."

13yr old gang leader and his crew murdered for making threats towards an older gang (graphic video and photo)

A young boy and his fellow gang members were murdered in a gruesome manner after they recorded a video threatening an older gang in Brazil. In videos shared online, a group of young boys with their faces covered are seen making threats, one after the other. They were later caught by the older gang members who then tortured them then blew their heads out. The bodies of the young boys were then left on the street with their brains scattered all over the floor. The older group went on to share videos of them torturing the 13-year-old leader of the gang before killing him and the rest of his crew. A video of their corpse was also shared. The video of the 13-year-old gang leader being tortured is really pathetic because the boy looks so innocent and still has the face of a child. Here is a video of them making the threats. Billionaire Kidnapper Evans to be Arraigned in court today

Notorious kidnapper, Evans to be arraigned in court tomorrow Notorious billionaire kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka Evans, will be arraigned at the Ikeja High Court tomorrow. The Zonal Police PPRO, Dolapo Badmus, exclusively revealed this to LIB this evening and also adviced members of the public who have no business at the above-mentioned court to stay away from the premises. The Notorious kidnap kingpin who has been in detention for over two months was arrested on the 10th of June at his Magodo residence in Lagos. Evans, a native of Umudim, in Nnewi, Anambra State, was behind the kidnap attempt on prominent transporter and owner of Young Shall Grow Motors, Chief Vincent Obianodo. Mary J Blige, 46, has been dating 'Straight Outta Compton' actor, Jason Mitchell, 30, since January 2017. Jason played Eazy-E in the 2015 biopic. The couple attended the premiere of the movie Mudbound, on October 12th, which Jason stars in.
